Us. We are Pure Wash Window Cleaning, (“we”, “us” or “our”)

You. The visitor of our website or customer of our services however first contact is made.

We are the party responsible (the ‘data controllers’) for holding your data in relation to any queries or requests for quotes you submit, any transactions you enter into with us and any newsletters and marketing you’ve signed up to receive from us. We are also responsible for the operation of the website.

WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT OR HOLD?

Identity Data includes title, first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier.

Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.

Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, time zone setting and location.

Identity and Contact Data from National Account customers (such as insurance companies), who ask us to provide products and services to their policyholders.

Between us internally. for customer services, in order for us to be able to respond to complaints and enquiries, and for marketing purposes (provided you have opted-in).

For example, if you correspond with us in relation to a quote or a contract for products or services or relating to any publications or marketing that we produce.

WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED ABROAD?

We respect the security of your personal data and treat it in accordance with the law. As such we have no reason to share outside of the UK. All data is stored internally.

HOW TO STOP RECEIVING NOTICES ABOUT FUTURE OFFERS

 

If you no longer want to receive marketing materials and details of offers, please let us know by using the details in the Contact Details section on our website. Please make sure that include your full name and address or email address.

WHAT OTHER RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

The General Data Protection Regulation accords you certain rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you, which we describe below. If you would like to exercise any of these rights against us, please direct your enquiry to head office by using our contact page on our website.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide in a structured, machine readable format. In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal data in some circumstances (in particular, where we don’t have to process the data to meet a contractual or other legal requirement or compelling interest). Where you have been asked to give your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. If you ask to withdraw your consent to us processing your data, this will not affect any processing which has already taken place at that time.

These rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep. After such time, your information will either be deleted or anonymized or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then it will be securely stored and isolated from any further use until deletion is possible.
