2. Free Quote
It's important that we visit your property, as all homes have different styles of windows, different sizes, and different types of glass.
Depending on how long it's been since the last clean, your windows will also have different levels of dirt build up. It's best that we look at the windows and frames, so we can work out how long the first clean will take, and work out the best price.
Of course, we can give you an approximate price over the phone, but your personal price will be given once we have taken a look. This also gives us the chance to look at access around the property and parking.
3. Set Up GOCARDLESS
Once we have seen your windows, frames, sills and doors, you will have been given your own personal price based on all of what we covered in step 1. If your windows are very dirty, you might have two prices. One price will be for your first clean and another for your regular maintenance clean, which will be lower.
Then you will go onto the GOCARDLESS link, and fill out some simple details, which will then be sent to our GOCARDLESS account where we will set up your subscription, you don't have to do anything else. You will get regular emails from GOCARDLESS advising when subscriptions have been set up or amended, and when payments leave your account. We always send out an invoice via email after every clean.
GOCARDLESS is the most simple way of making payments, it only takes 2 minutes to set it up. No more visits to the cash point, getting the correct change, logging in to online banking or forgetting to pay which takes longer than the simple GOCARDLESS method.
4. SMS Text Reminder
We will send you a reminder the day before your clean. This will be to remind you that we are due to visit. It's also a reminder so you can leave us access by leaving the back gate or garage unlocked. Please ensure that any dog mess is scooped up if you have a dog, and close any windows so we can clean them effectively.
5. The Day Of Your 1st Clean
We carry out your 1st clean, which can take us longer in most cases, as we deep clean to get them up to the Pure Wash standard. After that, you will then have regular monthly cleans, which are maintenance cleans. This will make your windows, frames, sills, and doors look great all year.
